What do humans and goldfish have in common?

Currently there are a lot of humans feeling a little like a gold fish trapped in a bowl right now during lockdown.

Here are some ways to know if you or your friends are being healthy goldfish during this time. 🐠🤣😂 1. Goldfish should swim constantly rather than float. Soooo if you or your friend isn't moving, and is glued to that couch 🛋️, get them up and active . 2. Goldfish should eat regularly and have an appetite: Make sure you and your friends are eating. Cooking meals 🥘and getting those important nutrients into the body. Snacking "sometimes food " 🍟 all day doesn't count! 3 Healthy goldfish should eliminate waste frequently.🧐 In the human world, I'm going to pretend this means letting go of all the negative thoughts, not watching too much bad news on tv ☔and not getting involved in drama 🌪️.... also going to the loo is important. 4. Monitor your goldfish's appearance. 👀 Your goldfish should appear shiny. While humans being shiny isn't always a good sign we are coping, making sure we at least get dressed 💃 in the morning and make an effort to take care of our personal hygiene 🛀 is. Keep an eye out for any friends that stop doing this as much. Its not a good sign. While living this goldfish life as fun as it is to laugh about it, it is really important we keep any eye out for each other and help each other as much as we can.
